We know how important it is that machines and equipment are in full operation. The right filter for the right machine is crucial for efficient production. We secure that our filters keep the quality level that your machines and equipment require. If a product from us causes damage, we are responsible for either repairing or replacing the asset, as well as replacing the filter that caused the damage.
Buying filters from us is safe
Lekang Group companies always offer products of matching or even better quality than original OEM. We always take responsibility for product defects on delivered goods in accordance with NLS 19 (General Conditions for the Supply of Standard Goods such as Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Components, Screws, Nails and other Bulk Items).
In addition, we go one step further with the Lekang Group Guarantee. If a filter delivered from us is the primary cause of damage to your machinery or equipment, we are responsible for either repairing or replacing this asset, as well as replacing the filter that caused the damage.
12 months from delivery
Lekang Group Guarantee applies to normal and correct use of our delivered products, and the guarantee period is 12 months from delivery from a Lekang Group Company. The machine manufacturer’s recommendations for oil and filter service intervals must be followed, and Machine Warranties will still apply even if you make use of Lekang Group’s products.
High quality filters
Lekang Group constantly strive to deliver the right filter at the right time. We offer both OEM quality or matching quality according to the market requirements, or improved quality when needed to prolong the service intervals or according to environmental requirements. Long-term relationships both with suppliers and with customers are important to ensure that we deliver the best filter products and solutions.
We offer high quality filters and can therefore offer an extended Lekang Group Guarantee.
Guarantee conditions
Lekang Group companies always take responsibility for errors on delivered products in accordance with NLS 19. In addition, we go one step further and take the following responsibility:
If a delivered filter from us is the primary cause of damage to the customer’s machinery or equipment, we will replace/cover the most reasonable costs for repairing or replacing the damaged asset. In addition, we will replace the product that caused the damage.
This guarantee applies to normal and correct use of our delivered product, and the guarantee period is 12 months from product delivery. Our liability is limited to 10,000 EUR and only applies to direct damages, not consequential damages. We reserve the right to decide whether the damaged asset should be repaired or replaced.
The products we send as replacement are only covered by the remaining guarantee period of the originally purchased product.
In the event of a Complaint, the customer must return the defective product, including oil sample or coolant if needed.
