Condition based maintenance, also known as predictive maintenance, is based on constantly monitoring your equipment and analysing the data. The purpose of condition based maintenance is to find symptoms of potential failures before they occur. Real time data is collected by sensors within the system, enabling immediate action when required. This will also lead to less frequent laboratory analysis, which saves costs.
Lekang Group supplies high quality particle counters for hydraulic oil, lubrication oil and diesel condition monitoring from RMF/Des-Case, MP Filtri and Argo-Hytos. Versions for mineral oils, synthetic hydraulic oils, subsea and water based fluids for offshore and Atex.
Stationary particle counters
For a critical hydraulic system, we do recommend a particle counter as stationary installation, with or without remote monitoring. The particle counter from RMF/Des-Case measures particulate content, humidity and temperature levels in hydraulic and lube oils in real-time. Options with and without USB connection. Atex versions for water and glycol-based liquids
Mobile particle counters
With several critical hydraulic systems and the need of oil samples on a regular basis, we recommend a mobile particle counter. With quick results of oil quality, you can take actions as early as possible. Our mobile particle counters from RMF and Argo-Hytos for on-site and laboratories, measure and store data on particles and humidity in real-time, according to ISO standards. The mobile particle counters are very user friendly. The results can either be stored on the device or printed with the built-in printer. The LPA particle counter from MP Filtri can be used for both hydraulic oil and diesel fuel analyses.
